Adam Harrison, DO
Dr. Adam Harrison is a native of Cullman County with deep family roots in the community. He graduated from Cullman High School in 2002 where he was a member of their championship baseball team. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and continued his professional education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Harrison received his Doctor of Osteopathy in 2010 and completed his first year of medical residency at The Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia. He then completed his residency in Family Medicine at Huntsville Hospital through the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dr. Harrison met his wife Lindsay Harrison (NP) during his residency at The Medical Center in Columbus where they worked in the Emergency Department. They were married in 2013 and now have two children. After completing his residency at Huntsville Hospital, Dr. and Mrs. Harrison returned to his hometown to establish his practice with Cullman Internal Medicine in 2014.
Dr. Harrison is now a partner at Cullman Internal Medicine and has continued his professional education throughout his time in practice. He is certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and licensed by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners. In addition, he is a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council for Accreditation In Occupational Hearing Conservation and a Certified Medical Review Officer by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council.
In addition to spending quality time with his family, Dr. Harrison enjoys volunteering with a number of different professional and community organizations. He is on many medical boards at Cullman Regional Hospital and is currently on the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is President of the Cullman County Medical Association and President-elect of the Cullman Regional Medical Staff.
Dr. Harrison was voted Cullman Times’ Best of the Best Physician in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Dr. Harrison is deeply committed to the people of the Cullman area and to providing the best possible medical care to his community.

Lindsay Harrison, CRNP
Lindsay Harrison, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), is a native of Columbus, Georgia and has been a resident of Cullman since 2014. She attended Brookstone School and Columbus State University (CSU) from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2010. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was selected as the Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Nursing by a vote of her instructors.
After graduation from CSU, Lindsay worked in Columbus as a Registered Nurse at The Medical Center, a Level II Trauma Center. While working at the hospital she entered the graduate program at Troy University. In 2013, Lindsay earned her Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program with a 4.0 GPA.
Since becoming a CRNP, Lindsay has worked in emergency medicine, in a pain clinic, and in a correctional facility giving her a wide range of medical experience. She has also given back to the nursing profession by teaching in a Family Nurse Practitioner program as an adjunct clinical faculty. She is a proud member of her professional organization, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Lindsay is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation, a Certified Medical Review Officer Assistant through the Medical Review Officer Certification Commission, and has completed a Respiratory Fit Testing Class by the Deep South Center for Occupational Health and Safety.
Lindsay moved to Cullman in 2014 as the wife of Dr. Adam Harrison and has made it her home. In addition to her professional commitments, she is active in the Cullman community. She is a member and past President of the Cullman Regional Foundation’s Service Guild, a member of the Share Club of Cullman, and she is a board member at her children’s school.
Lindsay and Dr. Harrison are the parents of two children. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, and traveling.

Ashley Taylor, CRNP
Ashley Taylor, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), is a native of Cullman, AL. She graduated from Wallace State Community College in 2004 with an Associate Degree in Nursing. After graduation, she worked in med-surg and long term care as a Unit Manager.
Ashley returned to school to obtain her Masters Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus. In 2015, she graduated Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society from Samford University with a 4.0 GPA. Since becoming a CRNP, Ashley has worked in Family Medicine and long term care.
Ashley is a proud member of her professional organization, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by AANP. She has given back to her profession by serving as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students. Ashley is married to Derek Taylor and they are the parents of four children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her children in their numerous sports activities, and traveling.
